Beside being an otolaryngologist, Fattaneh has a great experience as the Finance and Treasury Head for various hospitals and Nutraceutical companies in the past 20 years.
She is responsible for all aspects of financial management, accounting, and reporting for the Health System including the annual operating budget, coordination of the capital budget, and debt management in GelEntroCeutics.  She works closely with the leadership team, providing financial analyses of new programs, acquisitions, and business development initiatives.  
She has particular strengths in budgeting, forecasting, projecting and managing cash flow and financing small businesses and start-up organizations. She has a proven ability to guide small companies and start-ups to the next level.
